FRED67.com ……The Truth…..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OK, let’s sort this FRED67.com thing out
now shall we?
Why am I so sure it’s going to GROW your business?
Because the FRED67.com logo is just catchy enough to take up residence in peoples sub-conscious mind. Much the same way as Google, eBay, Yahoo & Virgin does.
Didn’t we all think ‘their’ logo’s were a bit naff at first? I think we all did didn’t we? but now they’re just a natural part of our everyday lives, and we know what each logo means to us without even thinking about it, right?
Why are people even going to remember to type FRED67.com into their browser every time they’re looking for a ‘Trusted, Quality-Driven business’ ?
Because one way or another, that logo, and the ‘catch-phrase’; “The search ends here” is going to get exposure all over the internet, and more importantly, all around the Thames Valley areas in particular.
They’ll see the brightly coloured FRED67.com logo emblazoned across strategic locations with “The Search ends Here” underneath it, and the majority ‘will’ check it out when next on the internet.
This is human nature that’s inherent in every one of us. We’re all curious, we all want to make sense of everything, and we’ll go to great lengths to do it.
Those of you who are a ‘certain age’ and lived within the Thames Valley area in the late 1960’s will remember vividly the brilliant campaign launched by the ‘new’ local rag at the time - ‘The Evening Post’.
For months before the launch, we were all given very close-up glimpses of a mysterious black and yellow graphic. It was on hoardings everywhere, and on most buses including what was then the ‘Thames valley’ bus service.
Every so many weeks, the ads were replaced by new images of the view being panned out, revealing just a little bit more of the graphic and raising our curiosity even more.
Everywhere, people were discussing what it could possibly be. It didn’t seem to mean anything, and it was impossible to second guess what it was. It just seemed to be a black background with yellow squiggly markings slapped on.
I don’t remember exactly how long this campaign went on for, but it was quite a while. Then on the day of the LAUNCH of the Evening Post the whole graphic was revealed and it all made ‘perfect’ sense.
‘The Reading Post’ as it’s now known as, launched in a very big way indeed thanks to some clever psychologist who knew the POWER of ‘curiosity’.
FRED67.com won’t need to do anything more than raise the public’s curiosity for it to become a success. Then when visitors find that the service they receive is second-to-none, they’ll keep coming back to a place on the internet they KNOW they can trust.
Word-of-mouth will be the next valuable weapon in it’s arsenal. Human nature almost always ‘drives’ us to tell our friends and relatives about something we’ve found that’s really good.
We want them to agree with us, and we want to be known as being ‘helpful’. FRED67.com is so easy to slip off the tongue that it will be almost impossible not to remember the image of the logo as well.
The fact that each advertising category will be ‘limited’, means that the value of each advertising space will be far higher than the usual on-line directories.
YES! The value may well be higher, but the cost, as you know, is far lower. This doesn’t mean standards will be low. Infact, the complete opposite will be the case. The site will grow gradually because each advertiser is ‘manually’ checked out before listing.
Many businesses will simply ‘not’ be accepted. If the information submitted doesn’t reach the criteria required, then that application will be refused.
Visitors and advertisers alike should rest easy knowing that FRED67.com really IS the place where the search ends.
Visitors; please bookmark FRED67.com and use it when searching for ‘Quality-driven businesses’.
Business owners; please visit FRED67.com and get your application in as soon as you possibly can. Remember; spaces in each category are ‘limited’. Hesitate and you lose.
I hope this has helped define FRED67.com a little more clearly for you.
Remember that logo; FRED67.com
Catch you later,
Pete Moring.
